The 5:00 alarm: every lead has an owner
Every hand-off starts a countdown in the inbox. If no agent picks the lead up within 5:00, the manager gets a WhatsApp alert and the lead moves to the next agent by area, language and round-robin.

Questions about setup
How long does setup take?
Live in shadow mode in as little as a day. If your number is with another WhatsApp API provider, it must be released first, which can take up to a week.
Can we use our existing number?
Yes. You connect your existing number to your own WhatsApp Business account, and it stays in your Meta account. A number can be on only one API platform at a time.
Can we change the 5:00 alarm?
Yes. 5:00 is the default; you set the time when you add your team.
Do we have to book a demo first?
