What is shadow mode for an AI WhatsApp assistant?
Shadow mode means the assistant drafts every reply but nothing reaches the buyer until one of your agents approves it. You see exactly how it writes, in Arabic and English, on your real leads, before you let it reply alone. In a Sabbaq pilot the first 7 days run this way.
Drafts first, live replies later
Days 1 to 7 of the pilot are shadow mode: the assistant writes a draft and an agent approves it. Days 8 to 30 are live: Sabbaq replies first.
In shadow mode the speed of the first reply depends on the person approving it. The five-minute guarantee covers the live phase only. If the median first reply on leads Sabbaq handles in that live phase is not under five minutes, the AED 990 comes back. It does not promise sales.
What you are checking
You are reading real wording, in the buyer's language, before a buyer sees it. The assistant still will not negotiate price, give legal or mortgage advice, or confirm a viewing. An agent does that.
