How do you route property leads to agents by area and language?
Match on both first: an Arabic enquiry about Dubai Marina goes to an Arabic-speaking agent who covers the Marina. If nobody matches both, match on area, then on language, then round-robin, so the work stays fair. The agent gets the buyer's answers attached and confirms the viewing. The manager sees who hasn't picked up.
The order in the product
The routing in Sabbaq checks a listing's named agent first, when the listing has one. After that it tries agents who cover both the area and the language, then the area only, then the language only, then a round-robin across the roster. A fallback agent can be set for when nobody else is free.
Qualification answers, buy or rent, budget, area, bedrooms, timing, and cash or mortgage, travel with the hand-off. If nobody picks the lead up within 5:00, the SLA alarm fires.
